Job Details

ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences, LLC serves as the Contractor counterpart to the Government Program/Technical manager for the program. Project Manager (PM) shall provide senior level Strategic Planning/Portfolio Management support personnel capable of assisting in the development and implementation of WHS/FSD Business Enterprise Applications, to include methods, processes, and tools.

PM shall assist in the development and implementation of continuous integrated activities to manage portfolios - analysis, selection, control, and evaluation processes, quality control, Configuration Change Management.

PM shall provide a balanced strategy for making decisions and recommendations based on enterprise strategic planning, integrated architectures, and outcome- based performance measures to achieve desired mission capabilities.

PM shall manage FBSO ITD's support program/technical support operations involving multiple projects/tasks and personnel at diverse locations.

PM shall facilitate and manage all projects meetings with clients and service providers.

Provide LOE, schedule and progress for each project/task.

PM shall work with team/stakeholders, service providers to regularly follow upon tasks and keep team abreast to minimize cost overrun and schedule delays.

PM shall have overall management as the PM with overall responsibility for the FBSO ITD Master Project Plan.

PM shall determine resource allocations, organizes, directs, and coordinates planning and execution of all project activities.

PM shall provide experience in leading increasing complex projects as related to FSD's Enterprise Business Systems portfolio in functional areas described above.

Responsibilities

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ten (10) years related work experience.
  • Five (5) years project management experience.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in one of the functional areas of business system project management (Maximo v7.6 or greater) and related disciplines outlined in the PWS.
  • Must have oral and written presentation skills to a large audience.
  • Proficient in MS Project, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.


CLEARANCE LEVEL:
  • Secret security clearance or higher.


EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required

CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Security+ certification required
  • PMP certification required.
