Senior Backend JAVA Developer

Job Description-

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and testing of Wireless Network Provisioning Systems

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Network, Billing, Field, Architects) to deliver customer-centric solutions

• Analyze and resolve production issues; plan for proper resolution

• Provide architectural oversight for systems and services

• Promote and implement Agile software development practices

• Define system architecture and lead end-to-end design

• Ensure performance, scalability, reliability, and availability of applications

• Develop roadmaps, build governance, and communicate with senior stakeholders

• Drive business productivity through process automation and technology enhancements

• Lead and mentor technology staff to improve delivery and quality

• Deep dive into code for troubleshooting and root cause analysis

• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for agile delivery

• Stay current with industry best practices and introduce innovative solutions

• Java, Spring, Spring Boot

• Oracle, Redis, Kafka

• AWS computing (including EC2, EKS, Lambda)

• Microservices and cloud-native architecture

• Strong experience in backend and frontend (React.JS) development

• CI/CD pipeline development and automation

• Spring React

• Experience with performance tuning, scalability, and distributed systems

Certifications and Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree (BS) in Computer Science is required

• Master s degree (MS) in technology is preferred
