Salesforce Lead CRM Analytics:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant with a strong background in the retail industry to lead analytics initiatives that drive customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for professionals who can bridge business needs with technical solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics.

Minimum experience: 8-10+ years experience

Skills & Experience of a Lead CRM Analyst

  • 8-10 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4 years in CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics).
  • Proven experience in retail analytics, including customer behavior, sales trends, and inventory insights.
  • Strong proficiency in SAQL, SOQL, JSON, and dashboard configuration.
  • Experience with Salesforce Dataflows, Recipes, and Einstein Discovery.
  • Familiarity with retail systems and data sources (POS, ERP, loyalty platforms).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant or Salesforce Administrator are highly preferred.
  • Experience with AI/ML models for retail forecasting and personalization.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or other BI tools.
  • Agile/Scrum project experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
