Seeking a Senior UiPath RPA Developer, you will be integral to automating business processes and enhancing operational efficiency within the organization. You will leverage your core skills in software development and object-oriented programming (OOP) to design, develop, and implement RPA solutions. Join our team to drive innovation and streamline processes in a collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement RPA solutions using UiPath to automate business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design efficient workflows.
- Conduct testing and debugging of RPA applications to ensure optimal performance.
- Maintain documentation of processes and provide support for ongoing enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in RPA and software development.
Job Requirements:
- Public Trust Background Check (minimum)
- Computer Science degree or 4+ years of object-oriented programming experience
- Multiple experiences building production-grade unattended automations with UiPath REFramework
- Multiple experiences building production-grade DU-automations with Document Understanding Framework
- Strong knowledge building and deploying different types of classifiers and extractors (i.e. both Form Extractor and ML Skill)
- Must have or be able to obtain an IRS background investigation
- Must be willing to travel approximately 25% of the time. Expectation is one week a month on-site (either McLean or Virginia Beach) and one week a quarter in Virginia Beach
Preferred:
- 4+ years of professional UiPath experience
- 6+ years of software development experience, preferably in UiPath, similar automation platforms, or object-oriented languages
- Experience with software development in the Federal government
- Experience working with end-users to define software requirements and support user testing
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $130,000 - $150,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
