Our client seeks a highly experienced UKG Workforce Central / Workforce Dimensions (WFM) System Administrator to support the rollout of the UKG Leave Module, Employee Self-Service, and a full upgrade to Workforce Manager (formerly Dimensions) across an employee base.
The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in UKG, including advanced scheduling, interfaces, and payroll-related configurations. Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and strong problem-solving skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will bring deep functional and technical expertise in UKG, including advanced scheduling, interfaces, and payroll-related configurations. Experience with PeopleSoft integrations and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary UKG System Administrator for Workforce Central and Workforce Dimensions
- Administer system security, interfaces, pay codes, payroll mappings, and configuration settings
- Support the rollout of Leave Management and Self-Service to 5,000+ employees
- Lead setup and configuration of Advanced Scheduling.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and support for end-users and internal staff
- Develop custom reports using UKG Data Hub; extract and analyze data for IT and leadership
- Ensure seamless integration between UKG and PeopleSoft via Integration Broker and Boomi
- Act as a knowledge leader-train, mentor, and provide documentation for internal team
Qualifications:
- Experience as a UKG System Administrator (Workforce Central and/or Dimensions)
- Hands-on experience with UKG Advanced Scheduling, Leave Management, and Self-Service modules
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead functional conversations with stakeholders
- Prior experience in healthcare or large-scale enterprise environments strongly preferred
