Role: Full-Stack Developer - (Experience with LLM-powered coding assist tools, e.g. Windsurf, Cursor, , Angular, Java 17+)
Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15219 (Hybrid Role)
Duration: 9 Months Contract (Goal is to convert FTE)

- We are seeking three highly-skilled, senior-level Full-Stack Developers to join our team working on innovative government projects.
- In this role, you will be at the forefront of modern software development, leveraging cutting-edge tools and practices.
- We are looking for developers with a proven track record in building highly-scalable systems and a passion for efficiency, including experience with next-generation AI coding assistants like Windsurf or Cursor.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Architect and build scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems.
- Utilize LLM coding assist tools (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor) to enhance development velocity and code quality, adhering to associated best practices.
- Collaborate with the team to implement and adhere to stringent security standards and privacy regulations.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and support.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.5+, and Angular.
- Deep, practical understanding of building highly-scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure systems.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered coding assist tools (e.g., Windsurf, Cursor) and their integration into development workflows.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government contracting and familiarity with security standards such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 Rev 5.
- Knowledge of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA.
- Experience with Zero Trust architecture.
- Skills in instrumentation, observability, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with the following technologies is a plus: Apache Airflow, Spring Batch, Grafana
