Job Details

Role : Desktop Support Analyst

Location : Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)

Exp required in MDM Mobile device Management, and SCCM or Intune (Any one is fine )

Job Description:

  • Provide Tier 1/2 support for end-users (on-site and remote)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Maintain and image desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Collaborate with IT teams on deployments, upgrades, and rollouts
  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA) a big plus!
