Job Details

Required:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform architecture.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
Deep expertise in OmniStudio tools: FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, and Calculation Matrices.
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integration (REST/SOAP APIs).
Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementation projects from architecture to delivery.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Preferred:
Utility or regulated industry experience, especially related to customer service or field service transformation.
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or legacy CIS platforms.
Working knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins).
Certifications Required:
Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer
Salesforce Certified Industries CPQ Developer
Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
(Optional but Preferred) Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
