Each staff member assigned to this project must have a background screening that is equivalent to a Level Two (2) screening standard.
This is a fixed fee/hourly based project which is inclusive of travel, lodging, per diem expenses and all other costs associated with the completion of the associated tasks.
Interviews:
In the event an interview is requested, in-person interviews will be conducted at the Tolls Data Center in Boca Raton. At the discretion of the manager, first-round interviews may be conducted remotely via Microsoft Teams.
Telecommuting:
Telecommuting is not an option for this position. The successful candidate will be expected to be on-site at the facility on a full-time basis.
The candidate should have recent relevant work experience 11-12+ years in IT with min 8+ years as a Business Analyst including Team Lead Experience.
General Characteristics

Analyzes business partner s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities to automate processes and functions. Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology. Translates high level business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manages changes to such specifications. Educates the IT organization on the direction of the business. Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation. Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field.
Complexity:
Advanced professional level role.
Works with business partners within one business function to align technology solutions with business strategies.
Demonstrates an informed knowledge of a business area to resolve problems on an ongoing business.
Supports several moderately complex business processes.

Other Requirements & Qualifications:
The business analyst will be responsible for identifying specific business opportunities and collecting and analyzing the data; simplifying requirements with the help of flow diagrams and use cases; influencing stakeholders to support business projects; leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business results; testing business processes and recommending improvements; preparing, reviewing, revising and maintaining technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing and user documentation; gathering and analyzing technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality; and assisting in the business process redesign and documentation as needed for new technology.
The ideal candidate should have high-level written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on technical writing. There is a need for a candidate with analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with high-level presentation and negotiation skills. A strong ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment is critical, as is the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with an eye for prioritization. The candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of organizational data flow and its use in management decision making. High-level SQL skills and a clear understanding of web services is required.
The candidate should have recent relevant work experience.
