Location & Work Arrangement
- Location: Columbia, South Carolina
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid
- Contract: This is a 12-month Contract with the possibility of extension.
- Mode of Interview: 1 round, Virtual/Online (WebEx or TEAMS). In-person or video may be used for secondary interviews.
- Note: Visa transfer is NOT available for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Linux Server Management: Lead the planning, implementation, and management of all Linux server instances within the environment. This includes primary responsibility for Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Oracle Unbreakable Linux.
- Automation: Utilize Oracle Linux Automation Manager and Linux Scripting (Bash or Python) to automate server tasks, configuration, and maintenance.
- Cloud Integration: Focus heavily on cloud server administration, working with and implementing solutions in AWS and Azure Cloud Support (Preferred).
- Infrastructure Support: Work closely with other infrastructure staff members and act as a backup resource on areas including storage (VXRail Hyperconverged Hardware), VMware, and network support.
- Windows/Directory: Provide support for Windows Server and Active Directory Administration (Preferred).
