NCDIT-T Web Systems is seeking a Microsoft AI Chatbot Developer to design and build intelligent conversational agents using Copilot Studio and the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Azure. This Power Platform and Copilot/Azure AI Developer will build sophisticated chatbots that integrate Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 services, and external systems to enhance productivity for NCDOT users and customers. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Copilot Studio's canvas interface, natural language processing capabilities, and can configure complex dialog flows with branching logic. You should be comfortable integrating chatbots with external APIs, databases, and third-party services through Power Automate and custom connectors. Knowledge of Azure AI services is also preferred. Experience with Power Platform governance, security best practices, and deployment strategies across development and production environments is required. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues are crucial for success in this role. This role will provide experience deploying solutions and working within Power Platform environments as well as Azure DevOps.
