Description:


Looking for gas utility experience

Job Summary:
Plan, manage and track asset management programs and projects. This includes oversite of plan performance and execution on an ongoing basis. Must develop and deliver programs and projects that optimize safety, reliability, and affordability for the asset class.

Required Qualifications For Position:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and/or engineering gas utility.
Experience in project controls, project management, program management, and portfolio management
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand data collection requirements
Skilled in data analysis and ability to interpret data trends, and data driven understanding of risk in the asset class
Project design skills to assess scope, risks, effectiveness and financial impacts
Knowledge of gas utility and field operations
Strong and resourceful in analytical problem-solving
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
Ability to stay current and anticipate future challenges and recommend appropriate action
Strong communication skills both written and oral
Ability to forecast requirements and plan according to foreseen risks and contingencies
Monitor and drive continual improvement in meeting asset class KPIs
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Additional Qualifications for Position
Experience with Power Bi
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Knowledge of gas system design and operations including gas flow, construction, contracts, and emergency response.
Knowledge of local, state, and federal operating utility or pipeline safety
Experience in Distribution Integrity Management Program (DIMP), Transmission Integrity Management Program (TIMP), or asset management in petrochemical or related industries
Advanced degree
Physical Demands - N/A
This position is primarily office based but will require occasionally travel to field facilities.

Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
Establishes effective scope, schedule, and cost baselines and change management to measure progress against plans and identify when corrective actions are needed
Monitors and communicates progress of projects
Analyzes mitigation program costs and makes recommendations on cost reduction initiatives
Manages multi-year asset management programs and projects incorporating all capital and expense adjustments
Will develop presentations and present to multiple levels of leadership
