Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum Requirements (Must Have):
8+ years of experience researching, gathering, correlating, and analyzing data; developing solutions; preparing concise reports; and solving complex problems with effective prioritization.
8+ years of experience developing and delivering reports that identify gaps in technology and operational effectiveness.
8+ years of experience managing multiple projects, including large-scale implementations across enterprise environments.
8+ years of experience creating and managing project plans, documenting risks/issues, developing contingency plans, and ensuring timely resolution of project roadblocks.
8+ years of experience mapping business processes, identifying process improvements, and facilitating meetings or group problem-solving sessions.
8+ years of experience contributing to or developing project documentation such as Statements of Work (SOW), project charters, design documents, test plans, risk assessments, project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource requirements, and cost estimates.
8+ years of experience building and maintaining strong relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders, with excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
1+ year of experience summarizing and escalating issues appropriately, preparing and presenting weekly written and verbal status updates, and conducting regular project team meetings.
1+ year of experience creating written materials such as briefing documents, administrative reports, and PowerPoint presentations for diverse audiences, including senior and executive leadership.
