Job Title: User Support Specialist III
Location: Newark, NJ (Onsite)

Project Duration: Min. 3 Months Contract to hire.
Rotational shift:- 24/7

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field plus one (1) year of experience in the use or support of desktop computing.

Must be proficient in PC support and be able to work in a team environment.

Effective oral and written communication skills. Equivalent experience, education, and/or training (IT certifications) may be substituted for the education requirements.

1. Supports the end-user community in the effective access and use of the client information resources and compliance with infrastructure and operating standards.

2. Monitors and troubleshoots HL7 Protocol Application interfaces.

3. Provides tier 1 support for Clinical Application, and other ancillary systems.

4. Troubleshoots printing issues incorporated with the client applications.
