Job Title: Infor FSM with Velocity AI

Job Type: Long Term Contract

Location: Irving, TX (Onsite)

Job Description:

Infor FSM Financials (GL, AP, Assets, AR)

Infor Configuration/Reporting/Process Automation

MHC Document and Image Express (Check printing, document imaging/ocr)

Minor business Apps (resource will be provided training.)

Primary Responsibilities may include:

Demo, enable and roll out Infor AI capabilities (e.g. Velocity AI)

The ideal candidate would work directly with customer and drive/facilitate the AI driven optimization

Run discovery sessions and collect business unit requirements

Design and build solutions by directly working with business users

Build a solution roadmap and be able to articulate and formulate roadmap and solution in a structured manner

Implement enhancements, projects and support Enterprise ERP System

Build SCM and Finance optimizations and new features

Build and deployment of new modules/projects/enhancements

Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants

Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access

Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments

Work directly with Client & Change Management to document business requirements

Participate in On call rotation with team members for critical off hours issues

Required Qualifications:

6+ years in multiple Infor areas (Finance, SCM etc) experience in both implementations and operational support

Hands on Technical and Functional experience with various business processes Finance, Supply chain etc

Experience enabling and implementing AI solution in Infor using Velocity AI

Preferred Qualifications:

CA/Undergraduate degree
