Pay Range: $17 - $18/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative care management support activities such as outreach, answering inbound calls, scheduling services, and working with members, providers, and staff to resolve issues in accordance with current state and regulatory guidelines.
- Track Compliance (Use and read reports to track and monitor members requesting services.)
- Monitor the Postings email box daily for urgent state complaints inquires.
- Uploading and download spreadsheets from sftp portal.
- Navigate through multiple systems. (adaptability)
- Perform daily quality checks.
- Case studies to escalate accordingly.
- Outreach to Internal and external stakeholders
- Data Entry
- Verify member eligibility.
- Review transfer packets; sending and receiving/attaching.
- Will go through zoom/teams training (peer to peer)
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-Member outreach, Scheduling Appointments, Utilization review and Claims processing.
- Medical Terminology
- Proficient Typing Computer Skills, Attendance/Reliability needed, excel experience
- Excel and computing skills
- Data Entry
- 45 WPM
- Ability to communicate effectively

- Thorough knowledge of customer service, utilization review or claims processing practices in a managed care environment and operation of office equipment such as a personal computer.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
