Description
Robert Half has a Direct Hire opportunity for an IT Manager with an MSP client in the Manasquan, NJ area. As an IT Manager, you will responsible for leading and coordinating a small team of IT Support Technicians along with remaining hands-on in the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a small team of IT technicians, ensuring prompt resolution of client requests and support tickets.
Coordinate technician schedules to optimize resource allocation and meet client service level agreements, prioritizing tasks as needed.
Act as a key point of contact between technicians and clients, ensuring effective communication and timely issue resolution.
Develop business proposals, oversee project workflows from inception to completion, and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Contribute to recruitment, training, and ongoing development of service technicians, while collaborating on strategic initiatives for business growth.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred.
7+ years of experience in IT services, particularly within an MSP environment.
Demonstrated success in managing service delivery operations and project workflows.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on team motivation and development.
Proficiency in IT infrastructure and systems, with familiarity in project management and IT ticketing software preferred.
