We need Sr. ITSM Consultant having strong background with ITSM tools (like ServiceNow), and a strong track record in process improvement, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Job Description:
Proficiency in ITIL best practices, experience with ITSM tools (like ServiceNow), and a strong track record in process improvement, Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Designs, implements, and manages IT service management processes like incident, problem, and change management to optimize IT delivery and align services with business goals, often utilizing ITIL frameworks.
Responsibilities include
Monitoring service quality, maintaining IT asset lifecycles, improving processes, and potentially managing ITSM software. Key skills involve strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with experience in ITSM tools and concepts like the ITIL service lifecycle.
