Job Details

DSA is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Solution Architect to lead the identification and development of technical solutions in support of DSA's customers.

This position reports to the DSA Vice President for Business Development and shall be a member of the company business development team. He/she shall also support the operational Business Units in a matrixed fashion for assigned projects. The successful candidate shall have demonstrated technical expertise in one or more of the following: 1) Systems Engineering and Integration; 2) Software Data and Analysis; 3) Cyber Security and Information Assurance; 4) artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; and 5) Data Science. In addition, he/she shall also have the academic and technical expertise required to research and understand other technical areas assigned. The successful candidate shall have the leadership, management, and interpersonal skills to work with senior leaders, peers, and subject matter experts within DSA, its teaming partners, and customers in order to accomplish assigned tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining technical requirements needed to address specific customer requirements; advise the business development team and company leaders on technical factors associated with capture plans; develop technical solutions for proposals; serve as technical volume manager for assigned efforts; and support completion of technical deliverables for specified customers.

Responsibilities:
Serve as solution architect in support of DSA business pursuits, with a focus on leading the identification and development of technical solutions in support of DSA's customers. The Solution Architect will also lead DSA's expansion into applied advanced technology in support of DoD, Federal Civil, and State Government customers.
Provide technical expertise in one or more of the following areas: 1) Systems Engineering and Integration; 2) Software Data and Analysis; 3) Cyber Security and Information Assurance; 4) artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; and 5) Data Science. In addition, he/she shall also have the academic and technical expertise required to research and understand other technical areas assigned.
Support identification of solutions for business capture efforts and proposals and serve as technical volume manager for those proposals.
Identify industry partners with capacity needed to support DSA business pursuits.
Ability to use various AI/Client tools.
Coordinate DSA technical subject matter experts (SMEs) in developing technical processes and solutions; draw on DSA expertise to support development of solutions for proposals; coordinate DSA internal technical expertise to support solution development and technical volumes; in coordination with other DSA SMEs maintain expertise on most current relevant technical matters and be prepared to develop innovative responses to customer requirements.
Lead preparation of RFIs in support of customer requirements, as directed.
Support the business development team in completing business development activities, as required, to include advising on technical matters related to the following: account management, capture, proposal development, and continuous interface with customers and business partners.

Required Technical Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years' experience in technical, business and/or operational positions in companies supporting DoD and/or federal agencies.
Demonstrated expertise in determining innovative solutions in one or more of the technical areas relevant to: 1) Systems Engineering and Integration; 2) Software Data and Analysis; 3) Cyber Security and Information Assurance; 4) artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning; and 5) Data Science Possess academic and technical expertise required to research and understand other technical areas assigned.
Demonstrated expertise/experience as program/project manager.
Demonstrated skill in business development capture planning.
Demonstrated expertise and experience in proposal and technical writing.
Possess or be able to attain Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, Power Point, Excel, and Project Management)
Ability to use various AI/Client tools.
Bachelor's Degree in relevant subject
SECRET Clearance, with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
