About this Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Software Developer to join our IT Customer Zero Team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing solutions and executing per the IT Customer Capabilities roadmap with a particular focus on enabling our IGA solution opal to directly full fill access in target systems via API.

Responsibilities:
Work with IT Customer Zero leadership to organize a backlog of IGA connectors needing to be built
Provide feed and feature enhancements to improve the patterns by which we develop connectors. Enable other developers who may follow.
Partner closely with our Security IAM team to co-develop solutions or explore new opportunities for enablement
Use your experience working cross-functionally to work closely with system owners so existing processes can be adapted to work with connector development outcomes.
Build build build connectors.

Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience with design, development, streamlining of Enterprise processes using automation and technical enablement.
Strong knowledge and experience with configuration management tools and Infrastructure as Code methods, such as Terraform, Ansible, Chef, etc.
Strong knowledge and experience with build-deploy pipeline development and multiple environment deployment practices and development best practices in tools like gitlabs, github.
Experience and expertise in Agile methodology, Agile or Scrum certifications preferred
Advanced programming experience with Python including Microservice, SCIM, REST, open API specs and Integration design. Other languages such as golang and Javascript are highly desired as well as plenty of work outside of just IGA connectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in written and spoken English
Prior experience working on enterprise engineering teams

Notes
Primarily software development (90% coding, 10% infrastructure/configuration).
Hands-on experience developing connectors and APIs, preferably for IGA (Identity Governance & Administration) platforms.
Able to handle full lifecycle development: design, implementation, deployment, and integration.

Key Technical Skills:
Python: solid development experience, not just scripting; capable of building microservices and automation tools.
Terraform: deployment and infrastructure-as-code knowledge.
Kubernetes: experience deploying services/connectors.
APIs and connectors: design, implementation, and deployment, especially for Salesforce or similar systems.
Familiarity with GitLab pipelines, DevOps practices, and automation for connector deployment.

Work Style & Environment:
Autonomous and independent, able to manage small projects with minimal supervision.
Works in a small agile team (3 people) in a startup-like environment.
Strong bias for action and ability to deliver quickly.
