We are looking for a Systems Integrator II to join our growing team in Fremont, CA, United States!
Job Description:
Day to day
Qualitest is seeking a System Integrator 2- GHS (Great Human Study) Technician to join our team. The GHS Tech will work closely with the User Studies team to understand ongoing issues with capture stages and correct these issues to keep the stages operational for external participants.
Responsibilities Included but not limited to:
1) Providing the Capture systems troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for the Capture Systems during the capture process.
2) Maintain and address component bugs and issues.
3) Analyze frequent failures and make suggestions for how to solve these issues.
4) Create lasting solutions for frequent or recurring issues.
5) Assembly support for system upgrades.
6) Escalate any non-standard issues to the appropriate Technologies team using an internal issue reporting tool.
7) Create and maintain system documentation.
8) Setup and strike equipment for pilots.
9) Collect data to verify component performance
10) Communicating with Capture Techs.
Additional responsibilities:
Training new employees and leading team initiatives.
Creating and updating documentation (training, processes etc.)
Plusses
Self-autonomy and project leadership.
Experience in designing simple mechanical parts in CAD.
Experience soldering through hole and surface mount parts.

- 3+ years of experience in mechanical engineering and electrical engineering assembly.
- 3+ years of experience with data collection (preferably from Oscilloscopes) root cause analysis.
- Experience with cameras and optical systems, lighting systems, and audio systems.
Nice to Have/Additional Comments: Self-autonomy and project leadership.
Experience in designing simple mechanical parts in CAD.
Experience soldering through hole and surface mount parts.
