The Product Director, Customer Care Operations, GU will develop and execute clinical and operational bladder and prostate cancer market development initiatives to expand practice care capabilities to better deliver current treatments and adopt novel therapies. In this role, you will be responsible for generating insights, shaping, and implementing clinical and operational market development initiatives. This Product Director will work across multiple functions and teams, including brand marketing, field sales, and other internal partners to help execute our key business initiatives for bladder and prostate cancers.

Position Description:
  • Leads development of comprehensive marketing plans, including strategy, positioning, and messaging, to achieve business goals
  • Ensures market development clinical and operational strategies, marketing assets and tactical plans are developed and performed in close partnership with marketing brand team, Global Commercial Strategy Organization, Sales, Sales Learning & Development, Medical Affairs, and key internal partners
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative insights to develop realistic yet ambitious prostate and bladder brand-aligned care delivery strategies to drive portfolio growth
  • Create customer-facing resources to effectively position J&J capabilities and prostate and bladder cancer portfolios with population health decision makers to drive action
  • Develop market development and operational content with learning and development team for sales meetings and ongoing field development to support brand strategies
  • Lead advisory boards, analytics, and market research to generate clinical and operational care insights for marketing initiatives in partnership with the insights and analytics team
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • A minimumBachelor's degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 7 years of relevant business experience, including pharmaceutical and healthcare knowledge
  • A minimum 5 years' experience in Sales, Marketing, Managed Care Account Management, Pricing and/or related fields
  • Proven proficiencies in marketing, project management, and clear communication.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%, which may include overnight and weekend travel.
Preferred:
  • People leadership experience
  • Experience in oncology and urology
  • Experience in clinical and operational care models and market development
  • Experience working in matrix environment
  • Experience with product launch preferred
