Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain items, routings, and bills of material in the Oracle ERP system.
  • Assist R&D Engineers and Project Teams with bills of material for experimental and newly released products.
  • Coordinate communication across all departments for item set-ups and ERP data maintenance.
  • Update ERP data for other departments as needed.
  • Determine appropriate item templates with guidance from others.
  • Promote safety rules and regulations and adhere to 5S principles.
  • Document results and findings clearly in written form.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of related job experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with ERP software, preferably Oracle.
  • Knowledge of ERP data management including Item Type Templates, Bills of Materials, and Routers.
  • Experience with mass upload techniques for ERP data updates.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement.
