Technical Business Analyst

Technical Skills:

• Strong Business analyst experience
• Experience in Dynatrace, Open Search, Quantum Metrics & Confluence
• Experience in writing technical requirements in the user stories format (JIRA), confluence
• Technical knowledge of backend APIs, web development to convey the message to dev and EQA teams
• Experience working with cross functional teams and managing priorities
• Knowledge of API testing tools like postman, fiddlers and reading application logs for troubleshooting issues
• Knowledge of building operational or analytical dashboards to capture metrics
• Work with Business Stakeholders to understand business processes and procedures Become a subject matter expert in how existing software applications support current business processes Lead reviews of existing business processes and develop strategies for improvement Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings Effectively document and communicate the results of your efforts Conduct data mining to extract information from data sets and identify correlations and patterns Use operational data to predict trends in operational performance and forecast inventory consumption Design and implement SQL based queries and stored procedures for the purposes of data mining research, forecasting, report generation Work with internal development team and vendor-based application teams on application enhancements identified through data mining research Identify and suggest enhancements to data model.
