JD Edwards ERP Manager (Hands-On)
Employment Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid, at least 4 days onsite)

Our client is seeking a dynamic, hands-on ERP Manager to take ownership of their JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environment and lead a small but talented ERP support team. This role offers the opportunity to step into a key leadership position, shape ERP strategy, and play a critical role in ensuring stability, scalability, and performance across the organization s systems
Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead the management and configuration of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices
- Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and patches while coordinating with internal teams and external vendors
- Collaborate with Finance and other departments to develop solutions within JD Edwards that drive efficiency and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and ensure timely resolution of system challenges
- Safeguard data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system
- Manage and mentor a small ERP support team, providing guidance, coaching, and clear performance goals
- Partner with third-party consultants for specialized support and system optimization
- Stay up to date on emerging ERP technologies and trends to keep systems modern and effective
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) experience, preferably across GL, AP, AR, FA, and Payroll
- 5+ years of IT leadership experience, including team management and vendor oversight
- Strong technical knowledge of JD Edwards files and relationships, with the ability to advise on data integrity issues
- Proven track record leading ERP projects, managing complex portfolios, and delivering results in cross-functional environments
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
