Apex Systems is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst that will lead and support multiple initiatives with our Global Consumer Products (Google Cloud Platform) partners. The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for closely collaborating on the integration of new technologies and workflows as they are designed, developed, deployed, and integrated across our system landscape.

Job Responsibilities / Typical Day in the Role:
  • Lead business requirements gathering for Google Cloud Platform initiatives, focusing on the Product Lifecycle Management tool roadmap.
  • Convert user requirements into functional designs and specifications.
  • Collaborate with business areas to identify and communicate needs.
  • Document and analyze current business processes and systems.
  • Produce high-quality artifacts: requirement specifications, process flows, functional designs, mock-ups, and wireframes.
  • Plan, facilitate, and execute system testing and UAT for projects and enhancements.
  • Understand the impact of integrated business functions, systems, and platforms.
  • Contribute to status reports, risk, and issue logs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Provide level 1 application support for Product Lifecycle Management systems.

Must Have Skills / Requirements

1) Must understand requirements gathering

a. Years of experience (3+); How to solicit requirements for documentation.

2) Experience with both traditional Waterfall SDLC and Agile / Lean methodologies

a. Years of experience (4+)

3) Expertise in modeling / mapping current-state to future-state business processes

a. Years of experience (4+)

Education / Certifications

1) Bachelors degree

Nice to Have Skills / Preferred Requirements

1) Experience with media and entertainment consumer products.

2) Experience working with Cross-Functional Teams (Tech teams, business stakeholders, etc.)

Technoloy Requirements

1) Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence)

2) Project Management Tools (i.e., Monday.com)

3) Microsoft Office Suite
