RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Scrum Master in Jersey City, NJ.
Responsibilities:
* Possess Agile knowledge and expertise on tools, ceremonies, and practices
* Facilitate all required agile ceremonies, including but not limited to stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
* Senior Scrum Master will collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog and define clear user stories
* Managing and delivering projects to specifications using a defined development process and delivering within budget and timeline
* Mentor and coach team members on agile practices and principles
* Ensure the successful delivery of projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement
* As a Senior Scrum Master, you will act as a liaison between the scrum team and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
* Develop and manage an integrated project roadmap, tracking key achievements, dependencies, and critical paths
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree preferred and/or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 6 years of related experience
* Experience in Agile Development, with Scrum Master experience
* Previous software development lifecycle experience
* Scrum Master certification a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
