IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Project Manager. This position provides oversight, leadership, accountability, and project management functions for large strategic and complex projects supporting with high visibility at the Agency Executive level. These projects typically have a large diverse set of stakeholders, utilize vendor participation, require coordination of multiple stakeholders, complex schedules, and significant integration with other systems.

NOTE: Local candidates within 90 minutes of Lansing, MI ONLY. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week (Tue/Wed) upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option. Candidate submitted must be willing to come onsite (Lansing, MI) for interviews.

Skills Required:

• 6+ years - Professional experience as a project manager for IT software or infrastructure projects involving 50 or more team members.
• Experience managing complex projects
• Experience managing Agile projects
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and project budget
• Experience writing or participating in development of Statement of Work (SOW), Request for Proposal (RFP) or contracts
• Bachelor s Degree (Please include on your resume)

Skills Desired A plus to have:

• PMP Certification
