Role: Product Analyst Adobe Experience
W2 Contract Role - Charlotte, NC
JD:
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks for digital products.
Use Adobe Analytics (Workspace, Analysis Workspace, Report Builder) to track and analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and engagement trends.
Support implementation of Adobe tags using Adobe Launch (Tag Manager) and validate data accuracy.
Build dashboards and reports to communicate insights and trends to product and marketing teams.
Partner with data engineering to ensure proper data collection, tagging, and integration across Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CDP, and other tools.
Conduct A/B testing and experimentation analysis to assess new features and user experiences.
Identify opportunities for optimization and personalization using Adobe Target and/or Audience Manager.
Translate insights into clear product recommendations that improve retention, engagement, and conversion metrics.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
3 6 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Digital Analyst, or Web Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics (mandatory).
Experience with Adobe Launch, Adobe Target, or Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) preferred.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
Understanding of web analytics tagging and data validation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
