Principal MMIC Product Engineer / RF / Microwave / On-site Plano TX

A leading semiconductor company is seeking a Principal MMIC Product Engineer to join their team in Plano, TX. This is a full-time opportunity to work on cutting-edge RF and microwave technologies, supporting applications across Satcom, Telecommunications, Aerospace & Defense, and Test & Measurement. The role involves developing and releasing high-frequency products (MHz to 50GHz+) into volume production.

Required Skills & Experience

• BS in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ YOE as a Product or Test Engineer in the semiconductor industry
• Strong experience with MMIC and RF/microwave measurements
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools
• Experience designing/debugging RF test boards for automated test systems
• Familiarity with amplifiers, attenuators, switches, and RF modules

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with distributed system architectures
• Background in optical semiconductor products
• Leadership or mentoring experience
• Yield optimization and reliability analysis expertise
