Job Title: Senior Tungsten TotalAgility (TTA) Developer

Location: Clinton, NJ

Duration: / Term: 6+ months

Job Description:

Key Required skills:

The Senior TTA Consultant will lead the design, development, and deployment of TotalAgility solutions for document-intensive business processes. The role includes architecting workflows, advanced form design, intelligent data extraction, validation, and BPM orchestration, ensuring scalable and robust automation solutions. Acts as the key technical advisor for TTA implementations and works closely with business stakeholders to deliver high-value automation.

  • Lead the design and development of Form UI for complex document capture workflows.
  • Implement advanced document classification, extraction, and validation rules leveraging TTA capabilities.
  • Architect and optimize BPM workflows, case management, and business rules for enterprise-level processes.
  • Integrate TotalAgility with external systems (ERP, CRM, databases) using APIs, web services, or custom scripts.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices to junior TTA developers.
  • Support deployments, upgrades, system performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and propose scalable, maintainable automation solutions.

Experience Required:

  • 12+14 years of relevant professional experience in development .
  • 6 8+ years of experience in TotalAgility or Kofax platforms.
  • Proven track record in enterprise-scale automation projects.
  • Exposure to multi-module implementations (Forms, BPM, IDP) for large clients.

Skills & Competencies

  • Expert-level knowledge of Tungsten TotalAgility platform, including Forms, Classification, Extraction, Validation, and BPM.
  • Strong experience in end-to-end TTA implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Deep understanding of workflow orchestration, business rules, and case management.
  • Hands-on experience with integration technologies: REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, .NET, JavaScript, or other scripting.
  • Ability to design scalable, high-performance solutions and troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong consulting skills: requirement gathering, solution design, client-facing communication.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML-enabled extraction or generative AI capabilities is a plus.
