Job Title: Systems Analyst 3 (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2)
Location: Austin, TX
Work Model: Hybrid (1 day onsite Wednesdays; 4 days remote)
Job Overview:
Experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support its PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) projects, focusing on the Asset Management module (v9.2). The role includes gathering and analyzing requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, integrating third-party systems, and supporting testing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze user requirements, processes, and system capabilities.
- Conduct formal business requirement sessions and present findings.
- Perform end-to-end system integration and interface testing.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams.
- Provide documentation and assist in training efforts.
- Participate in project tasks and potentially work off-hours as required.
Required Skills and Experience:

| 8 | Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Asset Management |

| 8 | Proficiency with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) |
| 2+ | Experience using Microsoft Teams for communication with large teams |
