We are looking for a Workday Absence & Benefits (A&B) Consultant to join a transformative project within the higher education sector. In this client-facing role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless Workday A&B module configuration, integration, and implementation. Key Requirements
5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence & Benefits modules
Workday Certification in Absence & Benefits (preferred)
Proven experience in Higher Education environments
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams including HR, IT, and implementation partners
Key Responsibilities
Translate business requirements into detailed Workday Absence & Benefits specifications
Design & configure Workday solutions to meet client needs
Provide expert guidance and augment client-side resources throughout the project lifecycle
Collaborate with implementation partners to offload configuration tasks, enhancing project efficiency
Track and document changes, requirements, and configurations for clear communication
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations
Engage stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Desired Qualifications
Strong background in Workday Absence & Benefits module configuration
Knowledge of HR processes and systems, particularly in benefits and absence management
Ability to translate functional requirements into technical configurations
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team
