Title: .NET Developer (F2F Interview)
Location: Columbia, MD (Hybrid) Need Locals

Years:12+

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new software features, web pages, APIs, and backend modules.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Develop unit tests and maintain source control using TFS.
• Test and maintain software to ensure strong functionality and performance.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA, DevOps engineers, and support teams in an Agile environment.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug issues in .NET applications.
• Conduct software impact assessments for system modifications.
• Participate in peer code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Create detailed technical design specifications and documentation.
• Manage individual tasks and deliverables to ensure project timelines are met.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency with .NET technologies (C#, , ).
• Experience with relational databases (Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with web services and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Strong experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).
• Familiarity with TFS (Team Foundation Server) for version control.
• Experience analyzing functional requirements and working with business analysts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Knowledge of application architecture and design patterns in the .NET ecosystem.
