Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.

  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

  • Work closely with product, QA, and development teams to prioritize and refine backlog items.

  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure delivery alignment.

  • Analyze data to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Support testing, validation, and UAT processes to ensure solutions meet expectations.

  • Help manage product roadmaps, timelines, and progress tracking.





Qualifications:

  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field. A Master?s degree or relevant certifications (such as a Product Owner certification) are a plus.

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within a technical environment, preferably with a focus on systems integration.

  • Strong knowledge of integration protocols and standards (e.g., APIs, microservices, middleware) and proficiency with integration technologies and frameworks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing complex technical challenges and driving effective solutions.

  • Hands-on experience with all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, and familiarity with modern software development methodologies and best practices.
