The Ask? Client is looking for a SAP GTS Analyst with experience in SAP SD.

SAP GTS Analysts to join their Digital Technology (DT) team. The Analysts will support their installation of GTS Edition for S/4 HANA (GA 2024). This will be a Brownfield Implementation from GTS 11 SP19. All of the current functionality in GTS will need to be transferred to the new system including AES (Seeburger) and FTZ (UPS) interfaces. This is a great opportunity for someone to come in an make a big impact.

The position will be a part of the international team and report to the Senior Manager of Export Controls. This position requires a strong SAP technical understanding and a strong background in US export compliance.

 

Skills and Experience_

  • 10+ years SAP configuration experience in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Global Trade Services (GTS) minimum, including 2-3 full life cycle implementations
  • Experience with the design of enhancements and continuous improvement projects involving Global trade services (GTS) Compliance Management (Sanctioned Party Lists, Embargo, Legal Control) and Customs Management and integration points with SAP ERP.
  • Solid knowledge of Global trade services (GTS) customs Declaration document and associated forms like commercial invoice.
  • Experience using US Automated export system (AES) filing using Global trade services (GTS) and filing through Broker Interface.
  • Experience to perform configuration and enhancements in Sales and distribution (SD) Billing, Pricing and billing copy control in SAP ECC.
  • Knowledge in all areas of the Order to Cash process: sales order configuration, pricing, delivery processing and warehouse management.
  • Knowledge of working with Data Analytics collaborate with Hadoop and Tableau to prepare various dashboards. Prepare Functional Specification, Participate in design and testing of Hadoop Tables and Tableau Dashboards
  • Experience with SAP Security Functions
  • Experience supporting SAP Technical Upgrades
  • Working on/developing custom Interfaces
  • Knowledge of SAP CRM functionalities e.g. Opportunities, Contracts , Service Case
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and integration with SAP GTS

 

Roles and Responsbilities_

  • Manage SAP GTS license determination strategies to comply with US export controls and changes in regulations.
  • Manage a team that analyzes, resolves, and reports global SAP GTS blocks daily.
  • Manage GTS reporting to comply with annual reporting requirements or customer reporting requirements.
  • Partner with export license managers to create SAP order release templates, implement systematic trade rules, and build new export licensing programs.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation to define current SAP GTS controls and GTS enablement strategies.
  • Offer creative insights and solutions to complex problems that may require simple IT enhancements or larger IT projects.
  • Interface with SAP technical teams to lead projects and oversee user acceptance testing for newly enabled solutions.
  • Partner with data analytics to build robust dashboards for reporting and assurance auditing.
  • Collaborate with regional trade teams on licenses required, license eligibility and license gaps.
