- Lots of small, tactical, guidance and SME type activities
- Documentation of pipelined or completed tasks occasional
- Tricky finding the blend of technical and functional. One option would be some sort of a "super user" of SharePoint which I think could work here. They need to know permissions for SharePoint sites, and would be great if they knew some more backend on O365 - even if they are not hands on but knowledgeable enough on the technical pieces to be dangeroprovide good BA liaison efforts between end user and dev team
