Job Details
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle PeopleSoft Developer with Oracle Fusion HCM expertise to provide technical support and development services for enterprise resource planning systems (ERPS).
This role will be responsible for supporting both legacy Oracle PeopleSoft HCM systems and assisting with ongoing Oracle Fusion HCM implementation efforts.
The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to system enhancements, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to strengthen the internal ERPS team's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliverable 1A: ERPS Feature Development Support
- Collaborate with ERPS team members and business stakeholders to analyze customer-requested enhancements.
- Design and implement solutions to extend or improve existing functionality in PeopleSoft and related platforms.
- Ensure high-quality development standards and documentation.
Deliverable 1B: Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Support
- Assist in tasks related to the Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, including testing, validation, and production support.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) and vendors to ensure alignment and continuity.
- Participate in reviewing and validating production and test environment deployments.
Deliverable 1C: Knowledge Transfer and Documentation
- Conduct ongoing technical knowledge transfer sessions with the ERPS team.
- Share expertise in complex development areas and incident resolution techniques.
- Document development processes, lessons learned, and incident resolutions for future reference.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as an Oracle PeopleSoft developer, providing technical support for legacy systems.
- Proven experience in Oracle Fusion implementations, including migrations and data cleanup activities.
- 10+ years of experience developing and implementing data archival strategies for Oracle PeopleSoft HCM.
- Extensive experience (minimum 10 years) providing technical leadership in the consolidation and migration of enterprise data to cloud platforms.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Cloud SaaS applications.
- Strong background in Oracle database support and infrastructure-level troubleshooting.
