Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Mobility Architect to lead secure and scalable device management across macOS, iOS, and Windows platforms in a fast-paced telecom environment. This role focuses on modern endpoint architecture, automation, and compliance with industry regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and manage enterprise-grade device management solutions across distributed environments using JAMF Pro, Microsoft Intune/Endpoint Manager, and supporting technologies.
• Design resilient endpoint solutions that support telecom-specific operational needs such as field technician mobility, contact center scale, and remote device provisioning.
• Implement Zero Trust and Conditional Access models tailored to telecom infrastructure and user risk profiles.
• Integrate JAMF/Intune with identity and access systems including Okta, Azure AD, Apple Business Manager, and Windows Autopilot.
• Automate provisioning, policy enforcement, and compliance reporting through scripting in Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Provide architecture leadership and documentation for endpoint lifecycle, mobile device onboarding, and fleet decommissioning.
• Evaluate and implement technologies that support scalable field deployment and telecom-grade reliability.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise mobility, or systems engineering, with significant time in telecom or similar high-availability industries.
• Expert-level knowledge of JAMF Pro for macOS/iOS lifecycle management.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager for Windows and mobile device administration at enterprise scale.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
• Deep understanding of Apple MDM, Azure AD, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and PKI.
• Familiarity with telecom-specific regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., CPNI, FCC standards).
• Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration across infrastructure, security, and field operations teams.

Preferred Certifications:

• JAMF Certified Expert (JAMF 400) or JAMF Certified Admin (JAMF 300)
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (preferred)
• Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or similar

The base salary range for this position is $109,749 - $164,623, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
