About the Role

Are you an experienced and proactive Network Engineer with a passion for high-availability networks, zero-trust security architecture, and automation? Join our team as a Senior Network Engineer, where you’ll lead the design, implementation, and management of complex enterprise and client network infrastructures in a hybrid cloud environment.

This is a hands-on, senior-level role where you’ll work directly with internal teams and external clients to ensure scalable, secure, and reliable network operations—delivering exceptional uptime and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Architecture & Operations:

    • Design, configure, and support LAN/WAN networks including routing, switching, and wireless technologies.

    • Manage firewalls, VPNs, routers, load balancers, and other network devices (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, SonicWall, or Aruba).

    • Monitor and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 network issues using tools like Wireshark, SolarWinds, or similar.

    • Ensure proper network segmentation, redundancy, and failover.

  • Security & Compliance:

    • Implement and manage network security policies, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and vulnerability management tools.

    • Work with SOC to investigate incidents and enforce firewall rules, ACLs, and network hardening protocols.

  • Cloud & Hybrid Networking:

    • Design and support hybrid cloud connectivity (Azure, AWS) including VPNs, ExpressRoute, and network security groups.

    • Manage and optimize Azure-based networking (VNets, NSGs, routing, peering, etc.).

  • Project Management & Support:

    • Lead network-related projects such as datacenter moves, new site rollouts, or network redesigns.

    • Document network designs, diagrams, and recovery procedures.

    • Serve as escalation point for high-severity tickets and mentor junior network staff.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with Project Managers, Cybersecurity teams, and clients to deliver best-in-class network solutions.

    • Coordinate with offshore NOC teams to ensure 24/7/365 support coverage.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education & Certifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

    • Preferred certifications: CCNP, PCNSE, AWS Networking Specialty, Azure Network Engineer Associate.

  • Technical Experience:

    • 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering or NOC roles.

    • Deep expertise in network technologies (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Aruba).

    • Experience with firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN (site-to-site and client), and wireless networking.

    • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud networking.

    • Strong knowledge of network protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP, NAT, VLAN, QoS).

    • Familiarity with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, or PowerShell is a plus).

    • Exposure to security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.

    • Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.

    • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Perks & Benefits

  • Competitive salary and performance-based 10% annual bonus

  • Full health benefits (medical, dental, vision)

  • Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave

  • Career development programs and certification reimbursement
