- The consultant will assist with the implementation of Salesforce solutions to assist with tax collection and code enforcement functions.
- Tasks may include configuration, automations, data migration, and integrations with other systems.
Salesforce Flow Builder - Expertise in designing, configuring, and optimizing Record-Triggered, Screen, Schedule, and Auto-Launched Flows for automation - Declarative Automation - Strong ability to implement Process Builder, Approval Processes, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes without custom code.
- Apex & Visualforce - Proficient in Apex triggers, batch processing, and Visualforce pages for extending Flow functionality.
- Lightning Web Components (LWC) - Experience in custom component development for enhanced UI and dynamic interactions within Salesforce.
- Integration & API Development - Skilled in REST/SOAP APIs, external system integrations, and third-party services (Mulesoft, Postman, etc.).
- SOQL/SOSL & Data Management - Strong grasp of query optimization, bulk data processing, and migration strategies.
- Security & Access Control - Understanding profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules for maintaining proper data access control.
- Development Lifecycle & CI/CD - Experience with Agile methodologies, version control (Git), deployment pipelines, and Salesforce DX.
- Prior work in government agencies or organizations managing large-scale data migrations and system integrations preferred.
