We are seeking a motivated ETL Analyst Senior to contribute to the CRM Salesforce team. Every day you'll make a difference in the lives of others by coordinating and monitoring the design, development, modification and implementation of ETL/SSIS processes that support a high-volume Salesforce environment. You will also provide technical support and leadership for directional integration from PeopleSoft to Salesforce.

You will be working in a team environment with other developers, administrators, project managers, business analysts and customers to design, create, develop, enhance and maintain enterprise class software applications and systems for EdPlus in accordance with established standards, guidelines, and best practice methods.

Essential Duties:

Works collaboratively with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements.

Assists with definition of project specifications, scope, and estimated effort.

Works closely and collaboratively with Salesforce and Data Analysis teams to identify relevant data sources as well as develop and/or modify database queries and structures as appropriate.

Designs and maintains ETL/SSIS processes.

Identifies and resolves conflicts arising over the creation, control, and use of data.

Reviews results and implements modifications to correct errors; works collaboratively with involved stakeholders to facilitate timely resolution.

Escalates as appropriate.

Remains abreast of technology directions, initiatives, and trends within scope of expertise to provide ideas, guidance, and recommendations.

Participates as either leader or team member in a wide variety of projects to develop and improve routine procedures through use of innovative and technology supported solutions.

Works collaboratively with Server team as needed.

Establishes and monitors security guidelines.

Prepares associated documentation and end-user training.

Develops methodology for the ongoing assessment of database performance.

Monitors database performance, identifies potential areas for improvement, and makes modifications as appropriate.

Identifies and troubleshoots errors and/or problems with applications.

Updates database to ensure accuracy and validity of data.

Interest in creating solutions with AWS-hosted technologies such as Redshift, Postgres, AppFlow, Lambda; interest in working with Salesforce technologies including Tableau CRM (aka Einstein Analytics), Heroku, and Mulesoft.

NOTE: This is not a fully remote position. Must be in the Phoenix AZ area.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Desired Qualifications:

Evidence of a Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.

Demonstrated experience problem solving with a team.

Demonstrated ability to explain complex technology in a simplified manner.

Experience in implementing SQL queries and stored procedures to effectively and efficiently produce desired results.

Demonstrated ETL experience and familiarity with ETL concepts.

Demonstrated experience with SQL Server, SSMS, SSIS, SSRS.

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to use technology solutions to improve efficiency and reduce errors.

Demonstrated experience in writing stored procedures for migration of data to and from a Salesforce environment.

Demonstrated experience in building reports and data visualizations.

Demonstrated experience with DBAmp Pro and Alteryx is a plus but not required.

Demonstrated experience with integration tools/technologies including REST, SOAP, XML, JSON.

Demonstrated experience working with data sets produced by higher education operations.

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement processes to scrub data sets.

Salary & Benefits:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year; DOE
