Job Description:

A public sector agency is seeking a Support Services Program Manager to oversee and support the delivery of technology-related services and process improvements. This role involves managing day-to-day project operations, ensuring successful execution of support functions, and providing strategic guidance on enterprise content management and document workflow initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily project management oversight and coordination.

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation including status reports, schedules, plans, meeting minutes, and risk/issue logs.

  • Plan and allocate project activities and resources efficiently.

  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks and issues.

  • Monitor project deliverables and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses and document outcomes.

  • Track requirements and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support and enhance ongoing processes to meet operational demands.

  • Evaluate and continuously improve agency processes.

  • Support services related to workload demand management across departments.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience managing IT projects, including large-scale implementations.

  • 10+ years working with enterprise content management (ECM) and enterprise capture solutions.

  • Experience managing projects within state government environments, particularly related to Louisiana public sector processes and policies (preferred).

  • Prior experience with large-scale electronic document management systems and document workflows.

  • 2+ years of experience administering and managing large-scale programs or projects.

  • Experience with rate setting, cost allocation, and invoicing.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage task orders and deliverables.

  • General knowledge of electronic document workflow design and implementation.
