Job Title: Sales Hunter/Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
- We are looking for a high-energy Sales Hunter who specializes in new client acquisition and generating fresh revenue.
- The ideal candidate is aggressive, target-driven, and skilled at identifying and converting new prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across assigned territories or verticals.
- Build a strong pipeline through cold calling, outbound emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct discovery calls, understand customer pain points, and position our solutions effectively.
- Deliver impactful product demos and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, handle objections, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to strengthen outbound strategies.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting in CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot/etc.).
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2 8 years of proven experience in B2B sales / enterprise sales / inside sales / SaaS sales.
- Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume outreach and manage a fast-paced pipeline.
- Self-driven, persistent, and comfortable with rejection.
- Experience using CRMs and outreach tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience selling in tech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions.
- Understanding of sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Existing network in the relevant industry is a plus.
