Job Title: QA Engineer Location: Austin, TX 78751

Job Description:
We are seeking a QA Engineer (Automation Level 3) to lead both manual and automated testing efforts for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will be experienced in developing, executing, and maintaining test cases and automation frameworks using tools like WebdriverIO and Selenium.

You ll work closely with developers and stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure quality across dev, test, UAT, and production. The role includes scripting, defect tracking, test documentation, and UAT coordination.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts (WebdriverIO or similar)

Execute and document manual and automated test cases

Track execution results and manage defect logs via Jira

Create and maintain test plans, requirements traceability, and test reports

Schedule and monitor automated test runs

Lead UAT efforts and support production environments

Collaborate with Agile teams and provide on-call support as needed

Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years: Manual test execution

8+ years: Automated QA testing & test script creation

8+ years: Performance testing

Strong experience with automation tools (WebdriverIO, Selenium, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years: Test case reporting

5+ years: JavaScript, HTML

3+ years: Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, XRay
