Job ID: 24-20290 Pay Range: $60 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). Key Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Programmer Analyst will join Client Microsoft Center of Excellence team. This role involves analyzing, designing, coding, and testing complex programs to support various business solutions, addressing customer business requirements, and maintaining existing systems.
  • Understand and address business requirements.
  • Develop cost-effective solutions and maintain existing systems.
  • Create and maintain development artifacts like use cases, process flows, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare materials for various reviews and design sessions.
  • Collaborate with clients for testing system modifications and enhancements.
  • Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Proficient in C#, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Azure Services (OpenAI Services, Storage Accounts, Cognitive Search, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps and workflows.
  • Expertise in integrating data from different sources using RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Understanding of data integration using Data verse, Data Connectors, and APIs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong .NET skills with web and mobile development.
  • Experience with Generative AI and Azure technologies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Outstanding customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a professional team setting.
