Job Description:
- 8+ years of software development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of accountability.
- Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Go, and Python
- Experience with container technology (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a strong emphasis on Terraform
- Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security
- Knowledge in site reliability culture and principles, with demonstrated ability to implement site reliability within an application or platform
- Experience with reliability practices and observability tools, such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Datadog
- Experience running large-scale software systems
- Experience in incident management and improving MTTx metrics.
- Experience with API Management Platform such as Apigee, AWS API Gateway, Kong, or Spring Cloud Gateway is a strong plus
- Experience in development, deployment strategies, and support of REST and GraphQL API interfaces
- Experience with Identity and Access management services
- Experience in networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, TLS, HTTPS) and CDN technologies
