Candidates must have a minimum of seven years of Java development experience with complex, large-scale, n-tiered applications, utilizing technologies such as Java/J2EE, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Bootstrap CSS, Spring, Angular, and Hibernate. Proficiency in Microservices Architecture with Spring Cloud technologies, including Spring Boot, Zuul API Gateway, Eureka Discovery Service, Ribbon Load Balancer, and Swagger, is also required.
At least three years of experience is necessary with Web Services, Struts, Spring, and Hibernate/OpenJPA. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience with Angular and Microservices Architecture using Spring Cloud technologies is needed.
Required skills include experience with relational and object-oriented modeling, technical requirements specification, and design documentation. Experience in working with Maven and Bamboo for automated builds and deployments, as well as problem troubleshooting and support for complex multi-tiered applications, is essential.
The ability to interact successfully in a team environment and effective oral and written communication skills are mandatory.
A strong preference is given to candidates with knowledge and experience in UNIX OS, UNIX Shell Scripting, PL/SQL, and UML. Experience with Rational Application Developer, WebSphere Application Server, Liberty Profile, Oracle RDBMS, and the Microsoft Office Suite of products is highly preferred.
