Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead

Primary Modules: Recruiting Management, Recruiting Marketing (RCM), Onboarding

Location: Remote (USA)30%+ Travel may be required (Client Discretion & Expenses Reimbursed).

Engagement : This will be a gig style project.

For Example: 200 hours work or 300 hours work in 2 to3 months.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Lead to drive the data workstream for a transformation project. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on expertise in migrating data from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors, with a specific focus on Employee Central and replication. You will be responsible for the end-to-end data migration strategy, execution, and quality, ensuring a successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Lead the strategy and execution for Data Migration from SAP ECC to SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central.
      • Configure and utilize data migration tools such as InfoPorter and manage Replication to on-premise SAP systems.
      • Develop and execute Sequential Load plans for foundational, organizational, and employee data.
      • Design and implement Conditional Mapping rules for organizational objects and event replication.
      • Oversee all phases of Data Validation, including mock cycles and UAT Testing, to ensure the highest Data Quality.
      • Manage project timelines, communicate risks, and ensure effective Stakeholder Communication.
      • Advise clients on data history strategy, recommending best practices for active systems and Data Warehouse or Archival Solutions.
      • Lead a small team of consultants, providing hands-on expertise and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

    • Proven experience leading data workstreams on SAP SuccessFactors Transformation Projects.
    • Hands-on configuration experience with InfoPorter and a strong understanding of replication (BIB).
    • In-depth knowledge of Employee Central data models and the correct sequence for loading portlets.
    • Expertise in Data Validation, error resolution, and ensuring data integrity.
    • Strong Project Management skills with the ability to manage scope, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
    • Background in traditional SAP ECC HCM is highly desirable.
