Description
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Sage Intacct Construction to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role involves leveraging your knowledge to improve systems, processes, and data management while collaborating with diverse stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver and effective communicator, committed to driving innovation and efficiency in an evolving digital environment.
Responsibilities:
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Sage Intacct Construction, providing guidance on best practices and financial systems.
Conduct research and analysis on operational and financial systems, ensuring thorough communication with stakeholders.
Identify gaps and opportunities across business units, introducing new processes and configurations to enhance efficiency.
Develop and prototype systems within Sage Intacct Construction to optimize productivity and streamline business operations.
Create detailed project management plans, ensuring consistent and transparent communication across all levels.
Perform quality assurance evaluations throughout the systems development lifecycle, maintaining high standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders to document and analyze business and system requirements, supporting strategic goals.
Respond to questions from managers and executives by delivering research-based recommendations.
Implement limited configurations within Sage Intacct Construction, adhering to advanced business approvals.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience with Sage Intacct Construction in roles requiring oversight, analysis, and configuration.
Proven ability to generate detailed documentation, business requirements, and actionable reports.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Visio, is advantageous.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and gap analysis processes.
Experience managing user testing and ensuring system usability.
